MOE confirms the work on a scientific strategy that extends until 2030

    The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Nabil Kadhim Abdel-Saheb, confirmed today, Tuesday, work on a scientific strategy that extends until 2030.

    The Minister said in his speech during the second day session of the Iraqi Human Development Forum held in Baghdad in cooperation with the World Bank Group, which was transmitted by the media office in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "it is very important that international cooperation with Iraq tends to contribute to the development of Ras al-Ain.     He continued, "The current economic situation and the imbalances of the rentier situation have left an impact on the level of institutional support and project financing," noting that "education institutions did not stop at the borders of the crisis, but rather went beyond it to overcoming problems and adapting to changes and proceeded with its primary mission in education, scientific research and community service, and achieved results important in terms of global publishing and competition in global rankings.”

    He called for "adopting scientific assessments with accurate data and comparing the results of institutions in light of the current challenges and the population growth index."
