Baghdad Municipality invites Saudi companies to implement the electronic automation

The Baghdad Municipality called on Saudi companies to implement the electronic automation project and infrastructure projects in the capital.

The secretariat stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Mayor of Baghdad, Architect Alaa Maan, received in his office in Baghdad, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Iraq, Abdulaziz Al-Shammari, in the presence of the Prime Minister’s advisor, Sabah dispersed." The Mayor of Baghdad called on Saudi companies to "implement the electronic automation project," stressing that "one of the important projects that the secretariat relies on in the administrative and financial organization of the institution and projects to develop the urban landscape and preserve the heritage buildings, as well as participate in the infrastructure projects as part of the Baghdad Renaissance campaign launched by the Municipality. He praised, "the great development that Riyadh has witnessed in recent years and the benefit from the Saudi experience in saving time in achieving modern cities in service and construction."
For his part, the Saudi ambassador praised "the great cooperation from the Mayor of Baghdad," stressing "the readiness of sober Saudi companies to participate in reconstruction and investment projects in the city of Baghdad."
