Al-Kadhimi decides to withdraw the hand of three officials regarding the Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital accident

The Council of Ministers decided, during its extraordinary session, to withdraw the hand of the Minister of Health, the Governor of Baghdad, and the Director of Al-Rusafa Health, and referred them to investigation in connection with the incident at Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital in Baghdad.

A statement issued by the Council of Ministers, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that “Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi presided over the special session of the Council of Ministers devoted to discussing the tragic accident in Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital and decided to conduct an investigation headed by the Minister of Interior, and membership: Minister of Planning, Minister of Justice, President The Integrity Commission, the President of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau, and a representative of the House of Representatives / an observer member, "noting that" the investigation will take place into the Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire accident, identifying the negligent persons and holding them accountable.
