Advisor to the Prime Minister for Elections Affairs, Abdul-Hussein Al-Hindawi, announced today, Thursday, the completion of all obligations for conducting the elections, while indicating that matters are moving towards holding them on time.
Al-Hindawi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "all the obligations related to conducting the elections, whether legally or logistically, have been fulfilled," noting that "the election commission confirmed its readiness to hold the elections on the tenth of next October."
