Ministry of Health ruled out the entry of a new wave of Corona virus into Iraq, while indicating that there were no new procedures during Ramadan.
"The ministry is monitoring the health situation in neighboring countries, and it has no evidence of a new wave entering Iraq," the director of public health, Riyadh Abdul-Amir told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He pointed out that "experts are monitoring the cases that have received the Corona vaccine," stressing that "there are no indications that the vaccine is effective or not on the new strain of Corona."
"The ministry has no intention of taking new measures during the blessed month of Ramadan," Abdel-Amir said, pointing out that "there is a plan to expand health centers."
