A number of federations of the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee continue their preparations to participate in the Paralympic Games that will be held in the Japanese capital Tokyo this summer for the year 2021 after the session was postponed last year due to the Corona pandemic.
The Director of the Media Office of the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee, Hisham Al-Salman, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Sunday, that "the teams that qualified for the Paralympic session entered a training camp last Thursday in Sulaymaniyah Governorate that will last for 15 days," indicating that "the games that The athletics, bow and arrow, archery, weightlifting and fencing on chairs entered the camp after its champions managed to reserve the qualification cards for the Paralympic Games that will be held next August in Japan.
