    The leaders of 23 countries and the World Health Organization have supported a project to conclude an international treaty to help the countries of the world fight future health emergencies such as the Corona pandemic that is sweeping the world now.
    The leaders of 23 countries called for, with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, and the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, in a joint article, to develop an "international treaty on pandemics" to face future health crises.
    The article received the approval and support of the leaders of 23 countries spread over the five continents, namely the leaders of Fiji, Portugal, Romania, Britain, Rwanda, Kenya, France, Germany, Greece, South Korea, Chile, Costa Rica, Albania, South Africa, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Netherlands, Tunisia, Senegal, Spain, Norway, Serbia, Indonesia and Ukraine.
    The President of the European Council and the Director-General of the World Health Organization signed this article, and today, Tuesday, the draft of this international treaty will be presented.
    In details, the article said: "At a time when the Corona virus exploits our weaknesses and divisions, such a renewed collective commitment will represent an important step to enhance preparedness for pandemics at the highest political level," noting that "there will be other pandemics and other large-scale health emergencies."
