One of the institutions of Russian scientific research and industry has begun construction work for a new shuttle spacecraft.
The Director General of the "Molniya" Foundation, Olga Sokolova, said in a press statement published on the Foundation's website, that they have made great progress towards creating a new space shuttle aerial vehicle.
They revealed that they are working to create the space shuttle, noting that work is underway to create a reusable spacecraft.
They also added that the space shuttle under construction will be launched into space in the next five years.
The Foundation "Molniya" had manufactured, in the last century, a spacecraft capable of returning to Earth to perform other space trips. This spacecraft, which bore the name "Buran", became the first spacecraft in the history of the world to land on Earth automatically in 1988.
