The Director General of the Executive Department of the Census at the Central Bureau of Statistics at the Ministry of Planning, Samir Khudhair Hadi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "there are many measures that the National Committee for Population Policy and the Higher Population Council can take," pointing out that "one of these measures is to reduce the number of births."
