PM sacks some MOE directors

    INA-Baghdad PM Haider Abadi issued directives to sack some general directors in Ministry of Electricity, the prime minister’s press office said. ‘The sacking directives included directors of investment, contracts, Baghdad distribution and administration’ a statement of the office said. Abadi suspended Minister of Electricity late last month because ongoing corruption investigations. Translated by: Khaled Qassim
