Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi discussed today, Sunday, with Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Joan Elizabeth Lunds, the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance cooperation ties.
The media office of the Prime Minister said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that " Al-Kadhimi received today, Sunday, Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Joan Elizabeth Lunds, accompanied by the Australian military attaché, on the occasion of the imminent end of her duties in Baghdad."
He added, "During the meeting, they discussed the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to strengthen cooperation in the political, military, and economic fields, and in the field of war against ISIS gangs."
