Today, Thursday, Minister of Culture Hassan Nazim intends to visit Saudi Arabia to conclude agreements related to tourism, as well as to include some joint sites on the World Heritage List, while noting that the ministry is in the stage of studying official holidays and submitting them to the Council of Ministers.
Nazem told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "There is an agreement that was ratified by the Saudi side a few weeks ago, and the agreement was reached and the memorandum of understanding was signed, and we are still in the process of the postponed visit to Saudi Arabia to conclude a set of projects, which will fall under the umbrella of this agreement and most of it." In matters related to tourism, the inclusion of some common sites between Iraq and Saudi Arabia on the World Heritage List, and the development of some of our tourist sites. "
