Health Minister Hassan Al-Tamimi confirmed the continuation of communication with countries of the world to import the vaccine for the Corona virus
Al-Tamimi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Sunday, that the ministry is awaiting the approval of the vaccine by the World Health Organization, "noting that Iraq will be the first country to import the vaccine if it is approved and the research experiments succeed."
He pointed out that "importing any vaccine depends mainly on global approval and ensuring its success and its official approval by the World Health Organization."
Al-Tamimi indicated that "all the treatments that were approved within the global treatment protocols were provided by the Ministry of Health, in large quantities, to treat people with mild, moderate and severe Corona virus.He called on citizens to adhere to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization and to abide by the rules of social distancing to reduce the increasing number of infections.
