INA - Baghdad The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) announced the approval of the General Secretariat of the Cabinet to oblige foreign companies to employ 50% of Iraqi labors within the investment projects. “The General Secretariat has issued an order preventing entry visas for foreign companies to work in Iraq but after confirming the approval, the company must apply in the foreign department in MOLSA within thirty days from the entry of a foreign worker for the purpose of issuing work permits,” The ministry said in a statement to (INA) said on Friday.
