MOH revealed details about its contact with four international companies concerning Corona vaccine

 The Ministry of Health and Environment announced the formation of a technical committee to follow up on the provision of the vaccine for Coronavirus with four international companies.

 The technical undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Hazem Al-Jumaili, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Monday, "The ministry, through the formed committee, is continuing with a number of companies working on the production of the vaccine for the Corona virus."

 He added, "Four companies are advanced in the production of the vaccine: the British, the German, the Chinese company and the Russian vaccine."

 He pointed out that "several meetings were held with these companies to discuss the quality and details of the vaccine and know the most beneficial and fast access to Iraq as well as prices."

 He pointed out that "the ministry identified the groups covered by the vaccine in the first stage, among them health personnel, security services, the elderly and other people with low immunity."
