Member of the Committee, Representative Ghayb al-Amiri, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that the meeting held with Prime Minister Al-Kadhmi came at the request of the Parliamentary Health Committee to discuss many issues and problems in light of the Corona crisis, pointing out that "proposals were put forward." He clarified that the points included the topic of providing protection and support for the owners of the Ministry of Health, appointing graduates of medical, health and nursing colleges according to Law No. (6) of 2000 and expediting the issuance of administrative orders for their appointment, pointing out that during the meeting a proposal was issued to issue a direct decision by the Prime Minister to purchase Dedicated equipment in sufficient quantities to examine the Corona pandemic, to eliminate the problem of delay in the results of the examination and the accumulation of smears.
