Today, Wednesday, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Jaafar Al-Wanan, affirmed that all support requirements for media institutions that will join the national initiative launched to confront the Corona pandemic have been provided.
Al-Wanan said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "This initiative comes to face the serious challenges facing the country regarding the Corona epidemic," noting that "the initiative focuses on a comprehensive media alliance of satellite channels, broadcasts, newspapers and news agencies to educate citizens and inform them of the risks of this epidemic." .
Al-wanan added that "the Iraqi media network will provide all support requirements for media institutions that will join the initiative, from press and media materials and equipment, in addition to setting up a high-level media plan to confront the Corona epidemic and education to adhere to the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety and the support of the security forces and the Ministry of Health."
