"
He added, "This matter is left to the new government, as it will present a draft budget law that contains proposals and solutions to change the reality of the state of the budget which suffers from a large deficit - before the Corona crisis and the drop in oil prices - and the estimated deficit of 40 billion dollars, and there are external obligations to pay the debt installments granted to Iraq."
