Kirkuk Governorate took preventive measures after it recording Coronavirus infections.
"Schools and universities in the governorate are suspended for no further notice, in addition to requiring pharmacies and stores to provide protective masks and not monopolize the,” according to a document received by Iraqi News Agency INA.
Health teams stipulated to examine all arrivals to the province.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health announced that four people were infected with the Coronavirus in Kirkuk Governorate.
"The Ministry of Health registered four new cases of an Iraqi family who were on a visit to Iran," said ministry spokesman Saif Al-Badr.
He added that the family came to Iraq and quarantine measures were applied to it by the Ministry of Health staff and isolated in a private health institution.
“Laboratory tests were performed and they were found to be infected with the Coronavirus,” he included.
