Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi issued directives to accommodate holders of higher degrees and create job opportunities for them.

Following is the text of the directives issued by the Prime Minister and received by the Iraqi News Agency :

In order to accommodate all state institutions, colleges and private universities to hold higher degrees and benefit from their scientific and research capabilities and to improve their level of performance in the service of construction and reform, and for the purpose of finding job opportunities for them and benefit from their expertise.
