In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency , Al-Rubaie received MP Alaa Al-Rubaie from the parliamentary media and communications committee, adding that the two sides discussed delaying the launch of the fourth license and the importance of partnership between the private and public sectors in this field and how to improve the performance of services of companies.
