Exchanging around 80 remains of soldiers between Iraq and Iran

    INA – BAGHDAD

    Iraq and Iran have exchanged the remains of around 80 soldiers that have died during the Iraqi-Iranian war 1980-1988.

    Iraq received 54 remains of Iraqi soldiers and delivered 26 remains to Iran under the supervision of International Committee of the Red Cross.
