The National Security Council held its regular session on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Adel Abdul Mahdi.
The Prime Minister briefed ministers on the latest developments and efforts made by the armed forces and the security services to enhance security and stability, the prime minister's office said in a statement received by INA.
