A security delegation headed by Yarallah arrives in Kirkuk

A security delegation headed by the Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, arrived in Wadi Zgheitoun, within the Kirkuk Operations Sector, on Wednesday.

A Ministry of Defense statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, arrived in Wadi Zgheitoun, within the Kirkuk Operations Sector, accompanied by the Operations Assistant, the Commander of the Ground Forces, the Secretary of the Joint Operations Command, and the Secretary of Intelligence at the Army Chief of Staff."

The statement added that "this visit aims to monitor the overall security situation and the openness of the units."
