The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General, First Special Forces, Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, attended the meetings of the Dragon Group of Chiefs of Staff of the Armies (Britain - Iraq - the Gulf Cooperation Council countries).
