The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General, First Special Forces, Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, attended the meetings of the Dragon Group of Chiefs of Staff of the Armies (Britain - Iraq - the Gulf Cooperation Council countries). Al Khaleeji - Jordan - Egypt), in London to discuss military relations, prospects for military cooperation, raising the Iraqi army's military capabilities and enhancing military training opportunities.
On a related level, Yarallah met in Amman with the Chief of Staff of the Jordanian Army to discuss the security challenges facing the two countries and to enhance opportunities for military cooperation.
