Federal Supreme Court: Rejecting the President's lawsuit against the Prime Minister

    INA - BAGHDAD

    The Federal Supreme Court rejected on Tuesday the lawsuit of the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, against PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani.

    "The court decided to oblige the federal and regional ministries of finance to proceed with the procedures for localizing the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region in banks licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq in accordance with the procedures followed with employees of the federal government," said the Court in a statement - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
