Secretary-General of Hezbollah: The date of the funeral of the martyr Sayyed Nasrallah is February 23

The Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qasim, announced today, Sunday, that the date of the funeral of the two late Secretary-Generals, the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashim Safieddine, is Sunday, February 23.

Sheikh Qasim said in a speech - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The funeral of the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashim Safieddine will be held on February 23."

He added, "Hashim Safieddine will be buried as the party's Secretary-General," indicating that "the Zionist entity assassinated Hashim Safieddine after he was elected Secretary-General of the party."

"The burial of the body of the martyr Sayyed Nasrallah will be in a plot of land that we chose between the old and new airport road and the body of Sayyed Hashim Safieddine in his town in Deir Qanoun." Qasim said.
