Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed, today, Thursday, that the shared life of Syrians with their diverse affiliations is the guarantor of Syria's stability and security.
In his speech during the special session on the situation in Palestine and Lebanon at the 11th summit of the Developing Eight countries held in Egypt - and followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Pezeshkian said: "The common life of the Syrian people with their diverse affiliations is the guarantor of Syria's stability and security," calling for "the participation of all factions in the next Syrian government and its respect for relations with the countries of the region.
" Pezeshkian called for "protecting Iranian properties and missions in Syria, and that is the responsibility of those who rule Damascus now," noting that "the Zionist entity must leave Syrian territory."
The Iranian president expressed his "disappointment with the international silence regarding the Zionist entity's attacks."
