Central Criminal Court: Death Penalty for Terrorist Criminal Linked to ISIS

    The Central Criminal Court in Rusafa issued a death sentence today, Wednesday, against a terrorist criminal affiliated with ISIS.

    The Supreme Judiciary Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the terrorist was involved in the murder of a member of the Federal Police."

    It added that "the sentence was issued based on the provisions of Article 4/1 and in accordance with Articles 2/1, 3, and 5 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005."
