In a tragic incident early Wednesday, three civilians, including two children and their mother, were killed in a Zionist missile strike on the Halawa family home in the Zarqa area, north of Gaza City. Six others sustained injuries in the attack and were rushed to the Baptist Hospital for treatment.
The assault is part of a broader escalation, as Zionist warplanes intensified their bombardment in various neighborhoods, including the Jabalia refugee camp and Beit Lahia. The airstrikes were accompanied by heavy artillery shelling, which targeted populated areas, leading to the destruction of several homes and terrorizing civilians.
This surge in violence is part of the ongoing conflict that began on October 7, 2023, with reports indicating a staggering death toll of at least 42,718 and over 100,282 injuries. The situation remains dire, with thousands more unaccounted for beneath the rubble.
