Al-Mubarqa discusses with Belarusian Minister of Sports ways to enhance bilateral relations

Minister of Youth and Sports Ahmed Al-Mubarqa met in the Russian city of Ufa with Belarusian Minister of Sports and Tourism Sergei Kovalchuk, on the sidelines of his participation in the general session of the international forum (Russia, a Sports Power).

A brief statement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Al-Mubarqa welcomed the development of bilateral relations by updating the memorandum of understanding that was previously signed between the two countries, while Minister Kovalchuk expressed his country's readiness to receive Iraqi athletes and their camps in various games, and keenness to provide expertise that contributes to supporting and developing Iraqi sports."
