MOE: More than (100) Lebanese students have been registered in our Iraqi institutions

    Minister of Education Ibrahim Al-Jubouri announced today, Thursday, the acceptance of more than (100) Lebanese students in our Iraqi institutions.

    A statement by the ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said, "Minister of Education Ibrahim Al-Jubouri received the Lebanese Ambassador Ali Al-Habhab and stressed the ministry's readiness to receive incoming students from Lebanon, regardless of their numbers and the diversity of their educational stages, until the current crisis ends and security and safety prevail.".

    According to the statement, the Minister of Education approved the proposal to open a number of Lebanese schools in the governorates where incoming students and pupils are present, to facilitate their studies and complete their curriculum, especially after the number of incoming families reached (11) thousand families and the acceptance of more than (100) male and female students under broad-minded humanitarian and governmental care and attention.
