Lebanon's representative to the United Nations, Hadi Hashem, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the Zionist entity violated international norms and laws.
Hashem said in a speech during the Security Council session - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Zionist entity violated international norms and laws," noting that "the damage to the infrastructure in Lebanon is enormous."
He added that "the Zionist entity is intensifying its aggression and crimes," indicating that "the Lebanese government has warned against the war expanding to include several fronts."
He explained that "the aggression is heading towards a regional war without controls," stressing that "his country is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in the face of the displacement of one million people as a result of the war."
