International reactions to the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah

    The martyrdom of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah has received international reactions.

    The Iranian Foreign Ministry mourned the martyrdom of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah on Saturday.

    "The glorious path of the resistance leader will continue and his goal of liberating Al-Quds will be achieved," said the Iranian Foreign Ministry in a statement - followed up by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

    For its part, the Hamas Movement said on Saturday, in a statement - followed up by INA "The Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas - mourns to our Palestinian people, our Arab and Islamic nation, and the free people of the world the martyrdom of His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, who was martyred with a group of his fellow leaders, in the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa and on the road to Al-Quds, supporting our Palestinian people and their valiant resistance in confronting the Zionist enemy," 

    The statement included, "We extend our sincere condolences, sympathy, and solidarity to the brotherly Lebanese people and the brothers in Hezbollah and the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon. We condemn in the strongest terms this barbaric Zionist aggression and targeting of residential buildings in Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut, as we consider this a cowardly terrorist act, a massacre, and a heinous crime."

    Also, the Islamic Jihad Movement mourned on Saturday the martyrdom of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah.

    "We mourn to our dear Palestinian people, the Arab and Islamic nation the martyrdom of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah," said the movement in a statement - followed up by INA.

    The statement added, "It is a great honor for him to be martyred in a position of support for our Palestinian people at a time when regimes and countries are falling into the trap of surrender before the enemy."
