Ministry of Oil: Advanced completion rates in the Faihaa field

    The Ministry of Oil announced on Tuesday the achievement of advanced completion rates in the Faihaa field development project.


    The Undersecretary of the Ministry for Extraction Affairs, Basim Muhammed Khudheir, received the CEO of Kuwait Energy Company in Iraq, Song Yu, and the Director General of the Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Department, Basim Taher, said the Ministry's Media and Government Communication Office in a statement - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA. 


    During the meeting, the current production of the Faihaa oil field and its development plans were reviewed, as well as the achievement rates achieved in the project to establish the central gas processing station.


    Khudheir stressed "the importance of this vital project, in which the completion rates have reached 88 percent. Its implementation was set to be completed within the specified timeframes."
