MOFA signs a visa exemption agreement between Iraq and Indonesia

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs - MOFA announced on Monday the signing of an agreement to exempt entry visas between Iraq and Indonesia.

    "Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein, and Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi, signed an agreement to exempt holders of diplomatic and service passports from entry visas to both countries," according to a statement by MOFA - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

    The statement added that "the agreement aims to strengthen friendly relations and develop diplomatic cooperation between the two countries, based on the principle of reciprocity."

    During the meeting, they discussed ways to facilitate the entry of citizens of Iraq and Indonesia into the two friendly countries.
