The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced today, Wednesday, that more than 100 people were injured in an initial toll of explosions that targeted wireless devices.

The ministry stated that "the initial toll of the new explosions that targeted wireless devices is that more than 100 people were injured."
The Lebanese News Agency reported that "three citizens were martyred as a result of a new cyber attack that targeted pagers and wireless communications devices," explaining that "the wounded were transferred to Baalbek hospitals."
A security source told Reuters: "The communications devices that exploded across Lebanon are handheld wireless communication devices and are different from the pagers that exploded yesterday."
Yesterday, Beirut announced the martyrdom of 8 people, including a child, and the injury of about 2,750 in southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut, after the explosion of wireless communication devices they were using.
Hezbollah and the Lebanese government accused the Zionist entity of being responsible for the explosion of hundreds of pagers.
