Iraqi Ambassador to Kuwait, Al-Munhal Al-Safi, praised today, Friday, the Kuwaiti authorities' rapid interest after transferring our national team star Ayman Hussein to the country to receive treatment, stressing the stability of his health condition.
The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) quoted Al-Safi, and the Iraqi News Agency (INA) followed it, appreciating the Kuwaiti authorities' great interest in the player Hussein's condition and providing him with all health services, which contributed to the stability of his health condition," adding that "the player's condition is stable and he receives great care and attention at the highest levels."
This came after the visit of the Kuwaiti ministers, Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi and Minister of Health Ahmed Al-Awadhi, who visited our national football team player Ayman Hussein, who was transferred this morning, Friday, to the Kuwaiti (Al-Sabah) Hospital from (Basra), following an injury he sustained yesterday evening, Thursday, during the national team's match with its Omani counterpart in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup finals.
