Both of administrative court and presidency of the republic has approved today on electing on Falah Al- Jazaire as Baghdad governor successor Atwan Al Atwani.
The media office of Baghdad governor mentioned in a statement, which INA received a copy of, that “presidency of the republic has approved today on court decision which ending electing new Baghdad governor issue, affirming that presidency approved on Falah Al- Jazaire as Baghdad governor successor to Atwan Al Atwani, who won in parliamentary elections after his official resigning during the election session of new governor”.
The statement clarifies that “Al- Jazaire started doing his duties as Baghdad governor after his performance of the constitutional right combining with his technical deputy Ali Heejel who he elected him in the same session as technical deputy successor to Jassim Al-Bukhati, who won in the parliamentary elections”.
