The head of the Iraqi media network Mujahid Abu al-Hill announced the new projects launched by the network during the year 2019.
The new year will witness the launch of the HD sports channel and modern studios. We will also launch Al-Sabah International Edition, a newspaper, and the opening of the Iraqi Media Museum, Abu al-Hill told Iraqi News Agency.
He added that the network is working on broadcasting an educational channel, but it needs support and coordination with the concerned parties, noting that among the projects that will see the light in 2019, a special channel on YouTube and social networking sites will broadcast events directly 24 hours, Pioneers, which includes a monument and statues of names and personalities that left their fingerprints on the forehead of the homeland, and open its doors to citizens.
The network will work to update the content and techniques of its media platforms by adopting new plans, which will soon be realized by the observers, whether visual, audible or readable, he said.
He also stressed that the new year will witness the completion of dramatic work within the initiative to support the Iraqi drama, and the implementation of agreements signed with regional and international media institutions, as well as the introduction of dozens of new programs.
