The Saudi Al-Hilal Club swept its competitor, Al-Nasr, with a score of 4-1 in the Saudi Super Cup final, to win the title at the expense of the Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, and his teammates.
Ronaldo opened the scoring a minute before the end of the first half, when he followed up a ball into the goal after a great effort from his teammate Abdulrahman Ghareeb.
But Al-Hilal rose up in the second half and hit Ronaldo and his teammates hard, and Serbian Sergej Milinkovic-Savic scored the equalizer for Al-Hilal in the 55th minute, then his compatriot Aleksandar Mitrovic added the second goal in the 63rd minute.
Mitrovic added his second goal and Al-Hilal's third in the 69th minute, and Brazilian Malcom de Oliveira took advantage of a mistake by Al-Nassr's goalkeeper and scored the fourth goal.
With this result, Ronaldo failed to achieve his first official title with the Saudi team in his third season with Al-Nassr.
