The Cabinet: Procedures for evacuating, opening military zone in Kadhimiya

    INA - BAGHDAD

    PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani directed on Tuesday the Cabinet to evacuate and open the military zone in the Kadhimiya.

    "In accordance with the directives issued by PM Al-Sduani, the Cabinet has approved the procedures to evacuate and open the military zone known as the Fifth Division (Alshuebat Alkhamisa) in the Holy City of Kadhimiya," according to a statement by the PM Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

    The statement included, "the land will be repurposed for recreational, educational, cultural, and medical facilities, as well as pilgrimage services, according to a comprehensive architectural vision."
