
Ammar Musa Kazim, the mayor of Baghdad, arrived in Turkey on Monday.
The Iraqi News Agency (INA) obtained a statement from the Iraqi embassy in Ankara stating that "the Mayor of Baghdad, Ammar Musa Kazim, arrived today in the Republic of Turkey at the invitation addressed to him."
According to the statement, "the visit came in order to participate in the Organization of Islamic Capitals and Cities' fifteenth conference and thirteenth international scientific symposium, which will be held in the city of Konya from 14–15/5/2024
