Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian confirmed today, Thursday, that his country will not hesitate to respond in an appropriate and deterrent manner against any Zionist violation.

Abdullahian said, during the Security Council session on the situation in the Middle East and was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “the Zionist bombing of our consulate in Damascus is a clear violation of international law and the Security Council did not take any action,” pointing out that “the Iranian attack is a response to the aggression.” "The repeated violations of the Zionist entity are a legitimate right according to international law.".
