State administration coalition: We support Prime Minister's visit to Washington to achieve Iraqi national interests

The state administration coalition confirmed, on Monday, its support for the Prime Minister's visit to the United States, while pointing out that the visit will achieve the national interests of Iraq.

"We are positively looking forward to the visit of the Iraqi delegation headed by Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani to the United States of America" ,the coalition said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The coalition stressed “his full support to the efforts of the Iraqi delegation to achieve the vital Iraqi national interests, in support of security, political stability, continued development and the provision of services that the citizen has been clearly touched for a while”.

The coalition expressed his hope that" the visit will witness the activation of the strategic framework agreement, especially with regard to energy, development, scientific exchange and investments, as well as security cooperation, in a way that enhances trust and the relationship between the two friendly countries on clear bases based on sovereignty and common interests ", pointing out that "the visit confirms the pivotal role of Iraq in the region”.

The coalition stressed the need for "this visit to strengthen efforts to stop the aggression on Gaza, prevent the expansion of the conflict and keep the region and the world away from the specter of war".
