Central Criminal Court: severe imprisonment against a convicted who made illegal transactions

The Central Criminal Court issued, on Sunday, a two-year severe prison sentence against a convict who made illegally transactions in the eastern Karada conditions Department.

the supreme judicial council-SJC stated in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency) INA(, that "the convict received money from citizens in exchange for completing their transactions illegally and in agreement and in conjunction with other defendants working in the eastern Karada conditions Department.
 
" The ruling was issued based on the provisions of Article 308 of the Penal Code" SJC said.
