Prime Minister Muhammed S. Al-Sudani met on Monday, the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Iraq, Muntaser Al-Zoubi.
The meeting focused on discussing the bilateral relations between the two countries and exploring ways to expand the scope of bilateral cooperation in various economic, trade, and industrial fields, according to a statement by the PM Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
This discussion took place within the framework of the Iraqi-Jordanian Joint Committee, aiming to strengthen strategic cooperation that contributes to the prosperity and development of the two brotherly peoples.
The meeting also addressed the ongoing brutal aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the importance of making efforts to reach a ceasefire and deliver aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip, who are enduring tragic conditions amid the occupying authorities' continued crimes and bloody practices against innocent civilians.
