The President of the Republic meets with the head of the Federal Supreme Court

President Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid stressed today, Sunday, the necessity of strengthening the efforts of state institutions by relying on the law and the constitution.
 
 
A statement from the Presidency of the Republic received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, “The President of the Republic received in Baghdad, the head of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jasim Muhammad Aboud, and a number of judges and members of the court.”
 
The statement indicated that, "At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the Republic and the President and members of the Federal Court exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, expressing their wishes that Iraq and the Iraqis would enjoy security, safety, and stability."
According to the statement, the President of the Republic stressed that “the security and stability that the country enjoys represents an important achievement and entitlement that must be preserved and consolidated as it is the basis for launching and achieving economic development, enhancing investment, and raising the standard of living and service for citizens.”
