Iraqi national team begins training in Manila

    The national team began its first training session in the Philippine capital, Manila, today, Saturday, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium, which will host the return match between Iraq and the Philippines in the double qualifiers for the 2027 Asian Cup and 2026 World Cup finals.

    The President of the Iraqi Football Federation, Adnan Darjal, the Second Vice President of the Federation, Younis Mahmoud, and the Federation member, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, attended the training, in which all 27 players participated.
