A security delegation headed by Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah arrived in Misan Governorate on Sunday.

"The Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah arrived in Misan Governorate, today , accompanied by deputy commander of Joint Operations Command JOC , Lieutenant General Qais al-Mohammadawi, Assistant Chief of Army Staff for Operations, and the Commander of the Ground Forces and Staff Corps ", according to the Iraqi News Agency ( INA ) correspondent .

"The visit comes to review the security situation in the governorate, the plans for openness, determine responsibilities after the recent reinforcements, and support the Maysan Operations Command with additional resource", he added .
